Breaking Cycle of Violence – 2025

11th Annual Breaking Cycle of Violence

April 14 & 15, 2025

Isleta Casino & Resort

The Breaking Cycles of Violence Conference is a renewed and reimagined evolution of one of CSVANW’s longest-standing gatherings, formerly known as the Tribal Leaders Summit. This annual conference continues to serve as a critical space to address the systemic, intergenerational violence impacting Native communities centering survivors, advocates, and the community-led solutions that foster healing and justice.

This event underscores the urgent need for collaboration between Tribal, state, and federal partners and provides a platform for survivors, advocates, Tribal leaders, law enforcement, and community partners to engage in culturally grounded dialogue. Together, we explore the systems of justice, prevention, and care necessary to break cycles of violence and build pathways toward long-term, community-driven change.

CSVANW remains committed to elevating survivor voices, strengthening intergovernmental relationships, and investing in Indigenous-led strategies that prioritize healing, sovereignty, and safety for Native women, children, and families.

Let’s continue the movement toward Healthy Families, Healthy Communities.
